freedom with all the efficiency of a fully equipped kitchen right down to
the silverware and coffee pot. Bring your own beach towels because you are
only 400 steps away from the Gulf of Mexico.

The cabins have a living room, kitchen, bedroom, full bath, and a sleeping
loft. |

The
kitchen is fully equipped with: refrigerator/freezer; stove; microwave;
coffee maker; dishwasher; sink. Each cabin is air-conditioned and heated.
We provide TV with cable and a phone is available at an extra charge.

"Oaks" cabin bedroom

Maximum occupancy
is 8 persons (4 adults and 4 children) (may have 6 adults and no
children). Rates include 5 persons six years old and up. Extra persons are
charged $5.00 per person per day plus tax. |

Sleeping
arrangements are a double bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room,
and 4 sleeping mats in the loft. Each cabin has it's own full bath. |

"The Oaks"
cabins are equipped with full-size bathrooms with tub & shower. |
If a guest desires
clean linens or an additional cabin cleaning during their stay - this can
be done for a $50.00 charge. During the extra cleaning, all linen will be
replaced and the cabin will be totally cleaned except for used dishes.

Sandcastle's
kitchens are equipped with a spacious counter-top serving area & 4 bar
stools.

We will
provide additional paper goods upon request. Linens will not be changed. The
guest is responsible for laundering their linens during their stay. Used dishes
are to be washed by the guest.

or 4 children, just bring your sleeping bags! |
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. on the date of arrival.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the date of departure.

No smoking
is permitted inside the cabin.
Pets are not allowed inside or outside the cabin, except for cabin #1, 2 & 3.
All payments must be made by credit card.
No cash or check is accepted.
A 2 night minimum stay is required.
A 2 night deposit is required to make a reservation.

Cancellation rules
