Per Person:
35 hours for shifts – 5 days, 7 hours/day
12 hours for the site (Everyone does base)
23 paid hours

These pay rates are subject to Federal Payroll Taxes. Raises are at complete discretion of management and can be accelerated or delayed.

Shifts:

“Shift Seniority” is lost when employment ends.

Returning workampers return at the current 6 month pay rate as long as they reached it prior to leaving in good standing. The returning rate is the current 6 month rate no matter how long the previous employment was.

Additional hours:

Additional hours requested by management will be compensated for at an hourly rate based on the salary.
