We are glad you were able to bring your pet with you this trip. However, not
everyone has a pet or cares to be around other's pets. For these reasons we ask
you to observe these conditions for a compatible stay with other campers. Thank
you for your cooperation. We hope you and your pet have a pleasant stay with us.
I AGREE
- NOT TO TAKE MY PET ON THE BEACH OR ON THE BEACH FRONT SITES.
- NOT TO LEAVE MY PET OUTSIDE UNATTENDED
- TO PICK UP AFTER MY PET AND TO DISPOSE OF MY PET'S WASTE PROPERLY (I WILL
NOT LEAVE OR BURY IT)
- TO KEEP MY PET ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES
- TO KEEP MY PET FROM BEING A NUISANCE OR A HAZARD TO OTHERS
As a guest, I do hereby register my pet(s) as being under my care and take
full responsibility for their actions. I do hereby indemnify, hold harmless, and
release CAMPING on the GULF and all related parties from any and all causes of
action, claims, lawsuits, and demands of any kind made by any guest or third
party as a result of any actions of my pet(s). In addition, if any action is
brought as a result of the action of my pet(s), CAMPING on the GULF will
immediately notify me of the claim and demand indemnification for all costs
arising from the claim, including attorney's fees, from me, the pet owner. The
foregoing is subject to section 767.04 of the Florida Statutes. A copy of this
lease has been given to me and a copy kept in the files of CAMPING on the GULF.
